How it Works:
A Kick-off Meeting is set-up between Knowledge Advantage and a project owner from your organization. This meeting includes the project owner and up to 2 additional individuals. In this meeting an overview of the current environment is discussed and identification of the expected outcomes of the needs assessment are outlined.
1:1 Interviews The kick-off team will identify up to 12 key stakeholders to be included in the interview process. Knowledge Advantage will develop 10 questions to ask in the interviews. The project owner can review the questions to finalize the assessment's focus.
Schedule: The project owner will schedule the phone interviews with Ruth Kustoff and key stakeholders
Timeline: The completed assessment will be delivered within 15 - 20 business days (dependent on stakeholder schedules) from kick-off.
